**Shipping Policies**

Prices for reptiles do not include shipping unless specified otherwise. To ensure protection for both the buyer and seller, invoices are processed through Square. We ship your reptiles using FedEx via Ship Your Reptiles, guaranteeing live delivery.

Reptiles are not shipped automatically; once payment is received, we will email you to arrange delivery. Every pet is shipped overnight from Monday to Wednesday for next-day delivery. Orders placed before 3 PM can be shipped the following shipping day.

Jay's Exotics ships year-round when weather conditions allow, prioritizing the health of the animal. We will hold the reptile at no cost until conditions improve or arrange for it to be held at your nearest FedEx location.

If the reptile is Dead On Arrival, you must send an email within 20 minutes of receiving the package; otherwise, the guarantee is void.

**Other Policies**

Payment are available only for pets priced over $200. A down payment of half the pet's price is required at the start of the payment plan, with the remaining balance divided over a maximum of 8 weeks.

A $5 feeding fee per week will be applied to any reptile on a payment plan. The buyer is responsible for any finance fees incurred through PayPal or Square.
